The goals, orientations, main research-educational plans, and review of results and feedback of the activities are the responsibility of the Supreme Council of Scientific Policy-Making. The members of the council, introduced in this section, are generally university professors and experienced experts proficient in various institute areas. At the head of the Scientific Policy Council is the head of the institute. The council meets at regular intervals – usually quarterly – at the invitation of the head of the institute. During each meeting, they review the work done, its results, and make appropriate decisions for future cases.
In addition, the head of the institute, in various fields of executive activities, has the advice of experts in education, research, translation, legal matters, publishing, advertising, and
administrative finance. The faculty members of the Department of Research and Education, under the supervision of the directors of the department, after setting goals according to the approved titles of higher education and the titles of courses offered in prestigious universities abroad, prepare foreign and domestic resources. Then, according to the needs of the country, the titles of the books are determined, the relevant sources are prepared from inside and outside the country, and the Internet. In the absence of a suitable source, the contents are written, translated, and compiled. It is then quality-controlled by the faculty members and, after approval, handed over to the publishing department for publication. In the translation and editing departments, the activities are outsourced, and the members of these departments cooperate with the institute in a decentralized manner. But the members of the publishing and
financial-administrative departments are active full-time in the Head Office. The colleagues of the institute in different departments are introduced in this section.
The framework of the institute’s activities can be summarized as follows: First, the Supreme Scientific Policy Council, under the CEO and the head of the institute, defines the goals and plans of research and education. Then, the various departments, under the supervision of the department directors, act as the executors of the programs and provide the results to the Supreme Council of Scientific Policy-Making as feedback. Finally, the original research and other scientific activities are published in the form of educational books by the publishers.
