History belongs to those who have always had great aspirations; dreams are also the necessary motivation for change in the world. I am sure that those who are shaping the history of the world today had great dreams when they were young that was humanizing, often defining their personality, work, and way of life, and even determining their destiny.
Humans have amazing abilities that are usually present in them. They can discover these potential abilities and succeed in using them. But one should never imagine that after achieving one’s goals to the fullest of feeling completely satisfied with what one has achieved, one should prepare oneself for the rest of the necessary activities. If one stops moving, one becomes paralyzed. Therefore, one should have a potential to the fullest and awaken your dormant genius with firm determination as much as possible.
Another thing is that everyone ought to become specialized in any field of activity; it is better to try to specialize and become the best in their field of work, whatsoever. If they don’t know how to do deal with the affairs, the ideas, wisdom, and perception come to people who are completely dedicated to their work.
The requisite for a society to advance is challenging and tackling adversities because those people who are challenging succeed. Young people love the challenge and are not afraid of failure. One who begins to work with fear has already spent his youth in vain. So we have to keep burning in the fire of doing work, move forward to reach full growth, and try to reach the highest peaks and satisfy our desires in the complete completion of the work.
We should devote ourselves to this aim because history progresses with devotion. It is true that one generation sacrifices itself for the next, but the subsequent generation should not give up. In my opinion, growth and development come from learning. Growth stops at the very moment when learning is thought to be over. Growth and development are in one’s humility and striving to learn. When the tree bears fruit, the more submissive it becomes.
But the incentive and motivation of scholars and scientists in various fields of human knowledge to take root in these areas and accept the arduous and tiring efforts to express new ideas and thoughts or create innovations and initiatives that ultimately drive the driving force. Human civilization and culture are considered forward, what has it been? In other words, what spiritual strength and power have led these great people to such efforts at the cost of enduring hardship in life and having the lowest facilities? They have never raised an eyebrow at the rugged and steep path they have taken and the very high costs they have incurred for their cause, and with the various deprivations, they have struggled with and sometimes died on the way. And! There is a lot of historical evidence in this regard that such people have given themselves the slightest hesitation, but on the contrary, despite these misfortunes and by observing material gifts and hearing various sarcasm, they did not stop trying for a moment and even boasted of their chosen path.
Undoubtedly, scientists and scholars have found “elixir” in science, thought, art, knowledge, etc., which are willing to strive for its “alchemy” to conquer the lofty peaks of victory. Of course, stepping into these areas is not just for geniuses and exceptional people. Rather, all human beings can, without any special genius, with common sense and in the shadow of perseverance and effort, sacrifice, and patience in learning and experience, and with a determined and unbreakable will to great goals. Achieve their name in history. What makes the elders walk in the right direction and do not give up without despair, is a sense of patriotism, a sense of conscientiousness, an interest in science and knowledge, an interest in learning, and a spirit of service to the people. This doctrine, the principles and structure of which have been stated, is now ingrained in me. From a young age, I have dreamed of serving my compatriots and the progress of my country. As my favorite activity and attention, what I believe is the basic foundation of any individual and social change and all material progress of society originated from it, I turned to research in the field of economics and business. Perhaps in this way, I have played my role as an Iranian and a member of this society in the scientific development of this land. This activity, which has been pursued in various forms including authorship, translation, research, and other scientific endeavors, is now in the form of two comprehensive programs, namely “World Trade” and “International Tourism”, which I think addressing them can help the country in a high level of development is crystallized in this institution. I hope that with the help of God and with the efforts and cooperation of the elites of this region, in order to establish scientific structures, we will implement these two programs and help implement this idea by compiling up-to-date research and educational resources.
It is expected that the student, scholar, and researcher class, through their perseverance, can choose the right way of research and take advantage of good human qualities to reach the highest levels of success and enjoy the result of their work to enjoy the taste of spiritual victory. Taste that which is obtained from serving the community and paying homage to one’s homeland and to humanity. Of course, we know that humans have talents within themselves that they may not be aware of. If these potential abilities are discovered and do not go astray, they will surely succeed. The guidance of elders, the views of wise family members, relatives, and experienced acquaintances are very effective in guiding young people in finding their talents.
