The organizational structure of the Goharian Institute for World Trade Studies and Research is composed of four main departments:
1. Supreme Council for Scientific Policy
2. Research and Education Department
Including advisors and managers of scientific groups
3. Translation and Editing Department
4. Printing and Publishing Department
